For companies that already have customers
Same business. Same customers. Growth that no longer means constant hiring.
Not a tool you bolt on and have to operate yourself. We build the new version next to the one you have. You move one thing across on real work, and judge it on your own numbers before anything else changes.
The people you already have get more done, because the repeating work stops landing on them.
The problem
The work that arrives with every new customer, every single time:
None of it is hard. All of it repeats, and it grows in a straight line with revenue.
So growth means hiring, and hiring means more to manage, and the pile never actually gets smaller. Meanwhile a competitor with a lower cost base is quoting faster and cheaper than you can react to.
Proof
We are not selling you something we do not use ourselves. Anvilda runs our own companies every day, and this is one of them.
Live · billingAML Simple sells anti-money-laundering compliance software to real estate agencies. Regulated identity checks, entity structures, screening, audit records. It is not a simple product.
It has paying customers on subscriptions. Revenue comes in every month. There is no support team, no marketing team and no engineers. One owner makes the calls that need a person. The AI workforce does the rest.
What would you do with the capacity to finally take on the jobs that never reach the top of anyone’s list?
How the move works
Your current one keeps running exactly as it does today. Nothing switches over until you have seen the numbers.
One person on your side drives the AI CEO day to day. Not a committee, and not us.
Next to what you already have, using your real process rather than a generic one.
The work that repeats most, or the bottleneck that has been there for years. Customer-facing or purely internal, whichever hurts more.
Then decide how far it goes. One process, one department, or the business.
What changes
Take on more work without adding people to carry it.
The outreach and content you never had capacity for, running every week.
Costs stop rising in a straight line with revenue.
Customer questions answered against that customer’s full history and the rules that apply to them, ready for your person to approve before they go out.
The honest part
Most owners start by pointing the workforce at work nobody enjoyed doing, and at the work they could never justify hiring for.
The first thing they notice is not fewer people. It is more getting done. The jobs that never reached the top of anyone’s list finally get done, and the work that did get done gets done better, because nobody is rushing it at five o’clock. Each person on your team covers more ground than they could before, at a higher standard.
Where it goes after that is your business, not ours. We will be straight with you about what the platform makes possible, and we will not pretend it makes no difference.
What it costs
No tiers and no seats. Each month you pay €1,500, or 20% of what the company earns once that is more. Never both. The share of an exit is the only other thing we ever earn, and only if you sell.
The build, the setup, and your AI workforce running from week one.
€1,500 covers the machines it runs on, the infrastructure around them, the AI workforce and the AI usage itself, up to a fair-use limit. Once 20% of what the company earns is more than that, from €7,500 a month, you pay the 20% instead. A business you already run counts only growth above a baseline agreed in writing before we start.
Agreed in writing before we start. No shares, and no seat on your cap table.
Ownership
You own the company, the brand, the customers and the code from day one.
Not at the end of a term, and not once something has been paid off. From the first day, and it stays that way whatever happens between us.
What happens next
Thirty minutes. We work out whether this fits and tell you either way, with the reason.
Setup, the monthly bill and exit. All of it on a single page, before anyone mentions a contract.
Contract, setup fee, then a call with you and anyone on your team who needs it, so you know how to drive the workforce.
Who you are working with
We have both built companies the expensive way. That is why we built this one.
Two founders who have started and sold companies across three continents, now running Anvilda from New Zealand. We coach every company on the platform, we are in this for years rather than months, and when something matters you talk to one of us.

Grew up in Germany and spent fifteen years in Boston and San Francisco. Early at several startups: one raised over a hundred million and imploded, another raised far less and went public. Co-founded the first online coding bootcamp, sold the first two million in revenue himself, and exited through acquisition. Scaled the product at the acquirer to eight figures of ARR inside a year, into a $750M exit. Co-founded Climate Drift after. Now Anvilda.
Started his first company at sixteen in the Netherlands and has never had a job since. He was employing half his university class before he graduated. Built the country’s earliest online insurance comparison site, then Mexico’s first online car-insurance broker, and a string of other firsts across several markets and continents. Co-founded Upinion in 2013. Now Anvilda.
A 30 minute call. We work out whether this fits, and say so either way. If it does, you get our terms on one page before anyone signs anything.
