One price, whether we build your company or bring an AI workforce into the one you already have.

That means a CEO which decides what happens next, and agents underneath it doing the engineering, marketing, support, finance and compliance. You keep the decisions that need a person.

No tiers, no seats, and no quote that takes a week. Every engagement starts with a thirty minute call, and you get a yes or a no on that call, with the reason.

What it costs

One number to start. One bill a month. A share only if you sell.

No tiers and no seats. Each month you pay €1,500, or 20% of what the company earns once that is more. Never both. The share of an exit is the only other thing we ever earn, and only if you sell.

Get started
€2,000
one-time

The build, the setup, and your AI workforce running from week one.

Each month
€1,500 or 20%
whichever is higher, never both

€1,500 covers the machines it runs on, the infrastructure around them, the AI workforce and the AI usage itself, up to a fair-use limit. Once 20% of what the company earns is more than that, from €7,500 a month, you pay the 20% instead. A business you already run counts only growth above a baseline agreed in writing before we start.

If you sell
20%
of net exit proceeds

Agreed in writing before we start. No shares, and no seat on your cap table.

Ownership

You own the company, the brand, the customers and the code from day one.

  • ✓The company
  • ✓The brand
  • ✓The customers
  • ✓The code

Not at the end of a term, and not once something has been paid off. From the first day, and it stays that way whatever happens between us.

What you get

Everything here is included, every time.

There is nothing to add on, upgrade to, or buy a seat for. A bigger company does not get a bigger AI CEO.

The workforce

  • ✓An AI CEO. It decides what happens next, writes up the work itself, and brings you the calls that need a human.
  • ✓Goal management. You name the metric, the target and the date. The CEO watches it and files the work when it drifts, without being asked.
  • ✓The crew underneath it. Engineering, marketing, support, compliance and finance, working in parallel rather than in a queue.
  • ✓A review agent. The agent that does the work never signs it off. Everything is checked by something that did not write it.
  • ✓Scale without hiring. More work means more agents, not more people, so a busy month costs you capacity rather than a recruitment round.

The platform underneath

  • ✓Your own infrastructure. Your company gets its own code, its own store for passwords and keys, and its own machines. None of it is shared with anyone else we run.
  • ✓Security by separation. Passwords and keys live in a locked store rather than in the code, and no company we run can reach another one's data.
  • ✓Somewhere to ship it. Your product runs on our own cloud, so the workforce can release a change, and undo it, without waiting for anyone.
  • ✓A scheduler. Recurring work runs on time on its own: overnight jobs, month end, renewals, the filings that have a date on them.
  • ✓Model independent. The workforce is not tied to one AI provider. As models change we move it to whichever is best, and you do not have to do anything.
  • ✓Run it in house if you need to. Your CEO can run on your own hardware where a policy or a regulator requires it.

The deal around it

  • ✓You own all of it. The company, the brand, the customers and the code, from day one.
  • ✓No equity, no cap-table seat. We never own a piece of your company.
  • ✓Two founders you can call. Marco and Gerben coach every company on the platform.
  • ✓A way out. Notice on both sides, agreed in writing before we start. You keep the company.

Security

Security is a condition of the work, not a feature of it.

One of the companies Anvilda works with is Upinion, who run real-time engagement for humanitarian organisations. The people their data describes are often in the middle of a crisis, so getting this wrong costs more than money. An Anvilda workforce works alongside their team, and their standard is the one we hold everywhere else.

What happens next

Three steps to get you up and running.

01

A call

Thirty minutes. We work out whether this fits and tell you either way, with the reason.

02

Terms on one page

Setup, the monthly bill and exit. All of it on a single page, before anyone mentions a contract.

03

We get you up and running

Contract, setup fee, then a call with you and anyone on your team who needs it, so you know how to drive the workforce.

Before you ask

The questions we get on every call.

What happens if it does not work?

You leave, with notice on both sides, and you keep the company, the brand, the customers and the code. We hold no equity, so there is nothing for us to hang on to. Failure is a normal outcome and the terms for it are agreed in writing before we start, not buried in a contract you sign later.

Do you take equity in my company?

No. No shares, no options, no seat on your cap table, no board seat. If you sell, we take a share of the net proceeds, agreed up front. That is the only claim we ever have, and it exists so that we are on your side when you sell rather than trying to keep you subscribed.

How is the 20% calculated?

It is 20% of revenue that flows through the company we run, not 20% of everything you own, and it replaces the €1,500 rather than adding to it: each month you pay whichever is higher. If you are starting fresh, it counts from the first euro. If you already run a business and we take over part of it, the 20% starts above an agreed baseline set in writing before we start, so the revenue you already built stays yours. No revenue means nothing to share.

What is actually in the monthly bill?

€1,500, or 20% of what the company earns if that is more. It covers the machines your company runs on, the infrastructure around them, the AI workforce, and the AI usage itself, up to a fair-use limit. One bill. If heavy use ever pushes past that limit we tell you before the bill moves, not after.

Why is the price the same for everyone?

Because the workforce is the same for everyone. A bigger company does not get a bigger AI CEO. Tiers would mean holding capability back from the people who pay less, and seat pricing would mean charging you for a headcount that does not exist.

What happens on the call?

Thirty minutes. We work out whether this fits and tell you either way, with the reason. If it fits you see setup, the monthly bill and exit on a single page before anyone mentions a contract. We would rather say no on a call than sell you something that does not suit you.

Tell us what you already run, or what you want to build.

A 30 minute call. We work out whether this fits, and say so either way.
