Every week, a 30-minute 1:1 with a different founder in your cohort.
Calls are recorded with consent, processed by a dedicated AI scribe, and the structured summaries are shared with the cohort.
By week four, every founder has met every other founder one-on-one and read summaries of every conversation that happened in parallel. The cohort learns faster than any individual could.

What founders ask before applying.
How much time does the cohort actually take?
Minimum 5 hours a week for 4 weeks. One hour of live group session, 30 minutes of peer 1:1, and at least 4 hours working with your fleet. After the cohort, you keep operating the fleet at whatever pace your company needs. Sustained company-building energy is part of the deal.
What happens if I miss a session?
Sessions are recorded so you can catch up. We expect attendance at 3 of 4 live sessions minimum. The peer 1:1 is harder to make up because there's another founder on the other side of it, so we ask you to commit to those slots when you book them.
What happens to my fleet after the cohort?
It keeps running. You pay €1,500/month starting the day the cohort ends. The fleet keeps shipping features, running outreach, handling support. You stay in command. You also stay in the alumni community for a year (free), with weekly group office hours and ongoing peer 1:1s.
What if I'm not ready to apply yet?
Apply anyway. We review every application and we'll tell you straight if the timing or fit isn't right. The founding rate ends at 20 founders across cohorts 1 and 2, so the longer you wait the more it costs.
