One night in August
Australia’s compliance deadline passed on 1 July. Shortly after, three of AML Simple’s outreach campaigns were still opening by telling real estate agencies to get ready for it. About 4,600 people were queued to receive an email about a deadline that had already been and gone.
Nobody reported this. The AI workforce found it at half past eleven at night, worked out that the stale wording was why the campaigns had stalled, rewrote the opening emails and put them live.
Then the review step rejected the work. Checking again, it found several campaigns with the same name, and the first pass had rewritten the wrong ones. It found the right ones and did it properly.
Twenty five minutes, start to finish, and nobody asked for any of it.
